Ingredients Used
1 packet of gobbleright Almond Wraps!
1 cup of basil pesto
1 tomato sliced in circles
¼ cup of mozzarella cheese
Method
Heat the almond wraps on a skillet for 5 seconds on each side. Spread the wrap with pesto. Lay the tomatoes on one half of the semi-circle and mozzarella cheese as desired. Fold in half and grill in a toastie or panini press. Serve with hot sauce.
