Ingredients Used

500g Chicken cubes
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp tandoori chicken masala
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
¼ cup Onions and capsicum cut long and thin
Method
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients except the onions and capsicum for about 1 hour. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and set aside. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the wrap for 5 seconds on each side. Lay the chicken in the wrap and top with the onions and capsicum. Optional - spread the wrap first with a mix of green chutney and a tangy chutney: 1 ½ tbsp vinegar or water, 2 tsp dried mango powder, 1 tbsp chili powder and 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilies.
