Thai Peanut Tofu Wrap with gobbleright almond wraps

Ingredients Used

gobbleright Almond/chickpea wraps !

Peanut butter - 2 tbsp

Soy sauce - 1 tbsp 

Sriracha hot sauce - 1/2 tbsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Tofu - 100 g cut in long strips

Method

Heat the wrap on the pan.

Glaze the tofu with the sauce mixture on a pan.

Heat until cooked.

Spread some more of the sauce on the wrap.

Add greens of choice add the glazed cooked tofu.

Wrap and enjoy!
