Sundried Tomato and Basil Pinwheels in gobbleright wraps

Ingredients Used

4 gobbleright Chickpea Wraps! 

225g vegan/regular cream cheese

½ cup sundried tomatoes 

¼ cup chopped spinach

2 cloves garlic, minced 

¼ cup vegan/regular parmesan 

Salt & Peppar to taste 

12 basil leaves

Method

Combine the cream cheese, sundried tomatoes, spinach, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl. Divide and spread the filling on the 4 wraps Add fresh basil leaves to each wrap Roll up and squeeze gently. Slice (like a banana) into pinwheels. Enjoy
