Lebanese Falafel Wrap in gobbleright almond wraps!

Ingredients Used

Tabouleh (1 cup chopped curly parsley, ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes, ¼ cup finely chopped onions, 

Hummus 

Red harissa spicy sauce (½ red bell pepper charred, 1 tomato finely chopped, 2 tbsp red chopped chilies, salt to taste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp minced garlic) 

Falafels (1cup of chickpeas, ½ cup chopped parsley, ½ cup chopped spinach, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste) 

Jalapenos sliced

Method

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the wrap for 5 seconds on each side. Spread the hummus and red harissa sauce as a base. Add 3 to 4 falafel balls, tabbouleh salad and jalapenos. Wrap and enjoy! For an even healthier option - you can bake the falafels or air fry them.
