The Lightest Sev Puri with gobbleright’s crunchies

Ingredients Used

gobbleright Crunchies 

1 boiled potato cut in circles 

½ finely chopped onion

Garlic red chutney, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney as per taste 

Sev, freshly chopped coriander and chaat masala to garnish.

Method

Assemble the crunchies on a plate. Add the boil potato slices on each crunchie. Then, add onions as per taste. Top with your chutneys as per your spice level. Sprinkle your preferred quantity of sev. Finally garnish with coriander and chaat masala for an extra kick. Enjoy.
