Mini 7 Layer Cups in gobbleright wraps

Ingredients Used

1 Packet of gobbleright’s Chickpea Wraps!

1 cup of black or refried beans

1 cup salsa

1 cup guacamole

1 cup sour cream

¼ cup of corn

¼ cup of black olives

1 tbsp of jalapenos

Method

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Cut each wrap into half and heat on a medium-high skillet for 5 seconds on either side.

Using a muffin or cake pan, place each wrap, while still warm, and fold to cover all sides of the cupcake/muffin mould.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Layer each cup with warmed black or refried beans, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, corn, black olives and jalapenos.
