4 Chickpea Wraps!
Lasagne Filling (We use sauteed spinach and ricotta cheese)
Lasagne Tomato Sauce
Vegan/Regular Parmesan cheese for topping
Method
Preheat your oven to 180℃.
In a baking dish layer your lasagne sauce, chickpea tortilla cut into strips followed by your lasagne filling.
Repeat 3 layers.
Top off with lasagne sauce and parmesan cheese and bake until golden brown on top. Enjoy!
